1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

Certain items like perishable goods, personal care products, or customized items are non-returnable

Proof of purchase (order confirmation , receipt) (video proff Need )is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@yourinfinity.in with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped. Contact support@yourinfinity.com immediately for assistance.

5. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery.
